Delivery / Templating / Fitting
If required, you can have our products templated and installed by our experienced and able fitters. Generally we have a 10 - 12 working days turnaround time from templating to installation, so the customer can put their kitchen to use within a short time after templating.

Service
If a problem occurs, then we are always approachable to provide professional after care service. You can contact our technical department for any service queries. They can offer you advise on which way we recommend to resolve the service matter.
The possible expenses of a service visit naturally depend on the cause. If we will have to raise any costs to you (for instance due to wrong sales advise by others, or a problem caused by the customer) we will always make you aware of this. However when the reason is due to us, we will resolve services at all times free of charge.
