What will you do?

We believe in ‘marble-ous’ customer service: smooth, elegant, and always on point. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be one of the main points of contact for our Swedish customers. You ensure that every customer feels welcome and heard. Within our Customer Service department, you play a crucial role in processing orders correctly and communicating with our assembly staff, customers, and end-users in Sweden. Your tasks include:

  • Answering questions from Swedish colleagues or customers via phone or email
  • Responding to inquiries from our assembly staff working on-site in Sweden and thinking along to solve any issues they encounter
  • Processing and following up on order changes
  • Checking the accuracy of newly booked orders
  • Verifying and handling completed installations and services

Your working hours are flexible (between 08.00 and 17.00). Are you interested? Let us know, and we’ll be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.

Why is working at Jetstone so enjoyable?

Working at Jetstone means working together and definitely also laughing together. Not only during work but also at the numerous fun parties and outings. We have a pleasant, healthy work environment where you can use your talents. We invest in long-term relationships with our employees; it’s no coincidence that we celebrate multiple anniversaries each year.

At Jetstone, hard work and fun go hand in hand, with plenty of space for personal input. Going out for dinner and having fun parties are part of it, and luckily, they happen regularly! Every year, our team has a football pool, and at the end of the season, we go out for dinner. The winner can choose the restaurant and doesn’t have to pay. - Gijs (Customer Service Representative)
